No cure, no pay!
Unlike some sales processes, you do not have to pay any upfront fees or deposits with us. We always work on a “no cure, no pay” basis. This means you only pay commission once the property has actually been sold by us.

1. Preparing the selling
How nice, you have selected our office. We guarantee you that you are in very good hands. We give you comprehensive advice and tips about the presentation of your property and walk through the steps with you. Also, we determine in consultation with you, the 'asking price’.
2. Stylist
Also, you can make use of our stylist, Simone. She knows exactly what it takes to make a home even more attractive. She comes without obligations to your home and offers a fitting quote. We know from experience that this can make THE difference.
3. Viewings
Our real estate agents provide an enthusiastic guidance of sightseeing to potential buyers during the week, in the evenings and on weekends. Of course, we will let you know afterwards how it all went.
4. Negotiations
The negotiations on the purchase price is a very important process. Our sales agents know exactly how to sell a property. They will ensure that the negotiation process runs smoothly and, of course, with the main objective to achieve for you the best purchase price.
5. Purchase contract
When the sale is closed, we will start making the concept purchase contract. We will invite you to our office for a cup of coffee to explain you all the details. And so we have time to answer all your questions.
6. After the conclusion of the purchase
We check the notarial deed and the end note that everything is mentioned in it and check that there are no errors.
Before signing the notarial deed we will guide the final inspection in the home. If the inspection went well then we will all go to the notary for signing and handing over the keys. Always a festive time!
