  • We start with a comprehensive intake interview in your office or at your home.
  • During this interview, we discuss all your wishes and needs with you. What is your budget? What kind of home are you looking for? Would you like an outdoor space? How many bedrooms? Do you like to construct? Or would you prefer a turnkey property? Which city or areas do you prefer?
  • We will then create a digital search for you so you get the latest home offerings every day in your email.
  • If there is a suitable home, we will plan in consultation with you a quick viewing.
  • We always accompany you with house viewings. Especially during the first viewings, we get a better picture about your taste and what your wishes are.
  • When your 'dream house' is found then the bidding process can start. This is a very important process. There are many buyers in the market, so the correct bidding strategy is very important. Every home is different, depending on whether we are the first bidder or that there are already more bids on the property. Every step in this process happens with you in consultation.
  • We conduct a proper research if there is no soil contamination known to the commune, underground tanks, no legal aspects, easements, chain terms. ... In short if we check as your broker as much as possible.
  • In consultation with you, we ask an engineer to thoroughly inspect the construction of the house. They come in places where we are not, such as on the roof, underneath the house and can prevent you for unexpected costs.
  • Congratulations, the 'dream home' has been purchased. The purchase contract will be made. We will check if all made agreements are in the contract.
  • If the draft purchase contract is correct, you can sign it at our offices and we will send the purchase contract directly to the notary.
  • Shortly prior to the actual legal transfer, we will inspect the house thoroughly with you to see if everything is still the same as during the first visit.
  • If the inspection went well then we will all go to the notary for signing and handing over the keys. Always a festive time!
